Will Pan and JJ Lin Deny Involvement in Kris Wu’s Parties

Kris Wu’s (吳亦凡) scandal continues to escalate, as the Chinese police detained him on suspicions of rape involving minors. The case is still under investigation and his social media accounts have since been suspended. During interrogation, Kris allegedly confessed that many other male artistes such as Will Pan (潘瑋柏) and JJ Lin (林俊傑) participated in his notorious parties.

At these parties, Kris was said to have flexed his star power to coerce underage girls into sleeping with him under the guise of offering them work opportunities. Kris was accused of using date rape drugs and alcohol before assaulting them.

A male celebrity said to have joined Kris in assaulting these young girls have the initials, “PWB”, leading many to guess that it was Taiwanese rapper Will Pan (潘瑋柏). Other netizens also accused Kris’ good friend JJ Lin (林俊傑) of being involved.

Adding to the controversy, Chinese artiste Xie Minghao (謝明皓) spoke out and accused JJ and Will of taking drugs, tax evasion, and raping girls. He claims that he has evidence and requested that they take a hair follicle drug test, stating that hiding would not allow them to escape justice. Unafraid of their lawyers or fans, Xie Minghao urged everyone to boycott these celebrities who are poor role models. Although his posts on Weibo quickly spread around the Internet, his account was subsequently suspended. Netizens accused Xie Mingho of trying to claim his five minutes of fame since he has spoken poorly about other idols in the past.

With the serious allegations catching fire on social media, Will immediately issued a statement through his legal team and sued multiple netizens for slander. The statement read, “The Internet is not beyond the reach of the law, and everyone is responsible for their own remarks. We will resolutely safeguard our rights for all untruthful remarks made against Mr. Will Pan on the Internet.”

Similarly, JJ Lin has since issued an official statement through his lawyer suing netizens for defamation and noted everyone should be responsible for “every word and action.”

  1. The current practise of real innocence is to report to Police directly for investigations… Sending out Lawyer’s letter is old news as no one believes that represent innocence anymore.
So Will Pan and JJ Lin better report to Police if they are innocent… I expect both will be returning to Taiwan where they reside instead. JJ Lin may be Singaporean but he had left to reside in Taiwan for many years.

  2. If Will is included in this whole fiasco, I’d be surprised. He doesn’t look the type (through variety shows I’ve seen). After his surgery, he just eats, right?
