Kevin Cheng and Grace Chan On a Date to Watch Power Chan’s Play
Actor Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) recently went on a “play date” with girlfriend Grace Chan (陳凱琳). The couple were spotted watching the theatrical play Tuesdays with Morrie, which stars Power Chan (陳國邦) and Chung King Fai (鍾景輝).
The 46-year-old actor started a relationship with the 24-year-old Grace after the two collaborated in the TVB drama Blue Veins <殭> earlier this year. Due to their age difference, the relationship was initially met with media scrutiny, but fans are very supportive of the pair, happy to see the couple in love.
This past weekend Kevin, who recently completed shooting for a drama in Mainland China, went on an evening date with Grace to enjoy Power Chan’s Tuesdays with Morrie in Kwai Tsing Theatre. As the two were casually dressed and kept to themselves, not many people appeared to have recognized them.
A netizen spotted the couple whispering to each other as they went to find their seats. She quickly snapped a picture and shared it online. In the photo, Kevin and Grace are seen taking a selfie together.
Kevin and Grace were very happy and sweet to each other during their date. They had on large smiles and even held hands as they walked. When a member in the audience greeted them, both Kevin and Grace responded politely.

@freedalas actually if you look clearly…they are not taking selfie. kevin’s head was looking downwards…grace could not possibly be taking a selfie as their posture wasn’t facing the camera. there was someone else sitting in the row in front of them.

@freedalas thats just a mather how look at things, maybe for you is the outside compatibility really important. but to me love isnt just the outside beauty/compatibility but also the inside compatibilities are even more important, beauty will not last forever the bond between two ppl will. you can judge them by compatibility but you will never know why and what leanne sees in wcl,unless you are leanne herself. thus all the things you claims to know when and why she love or will leave wcl is all your own assumption on what is important for you or it certainly reflects your own shadows/pain from the past that you hasnt resolved yet.

@freedalas wrong comparision, Tavia’s front face was on Him Law’s body, while Grace’s front face was not on Kevin’s shoulder, I mean the direction of front face. If the word “rest” for Grace case means Grace’s front face not on Kevin’s shoulder, then in Leanne case her front face will not on WCL body, so it’s not called “obscene” for Leanne case.

Note that, Kevin had several beautiful, matching girlfriends before Grace and although very matched looking, they broke up, leading to Kevin is still single. While Leanne and WCL went further, they got married, did they get several gf/bf before?
@cuckoo You pointed out a good point for consideration. Kevin has dating several women that have matching good looks with him, but, all didn’t last, while Leanna and WCL successfully move to the marriage stage. This has to show for something.

By freakish I mean outside the norm and it is more than just visual. I do admit that it is totally subjective and what’s freakish to one and is not necessarily to another.

Grace fell in love with Kevin after filming a drama. Then she will fall in love with Ruco after captain of destiny, or some other male partners in the future. How many dramas has she been in and she found love at work already? That tells a lot. She’s just like how her character in COD is, not loyal in love, “kin yat gor, oi yat gor”. I don’t like her acting in COD, but somehow I feel that the role fits her well, annoying and flirty.
Kevin himself is not better either. Stuck up, pretentious and selfish. This couple is as ridiculous as HXM and his partner.

I was just saying this out of my feeling and accidentally came across a YouTube video on Grace and Ruco dated for 3 months while filming COD before she even started with Kevin. Well maybe you’re right she was very into her character and couldn’t resist Ruco haha.

@freedalas the more i read on you ripping on poor Leanne, the more im thinking if you were denied by someone “beautiful and tall” and you were that “short and ugly” person and hence why you dont give poor Leanne a rest. im more than convinced now that you’re not attacking WCL but Leanne (accusing her of being materialistc) just a thought

I thought the same too. His hatred is too extreme to be just a general preference/opinion. It must be something personal.
I think he must have a very bad experience with a beautiful woman rejecting him and rationalized that it was only right that she did so because they were physically incompatible. But, now that he sees WCL succeeding in what he failed, all his rationale that be came up with to sooth himself are broken. Hence his hate on the couple.
But, I do think that he’s attacking both, not just Leanne. His hate is on both.

Actually if not based on looks, I think WCL is a better man than Kevin. Watched Chinese Runningman, WCL is quite clever, and friendly. Kevin seems proud, and full of himself when he guested on Sze U Tonite.

It doesn’t matter to freedalas. To him compatibility in looks is the most important criteria in a relationship. Everything come second. He can never fathom that any woman or man can look beyond physical appearance and loves another person for the other qualities that said person possess.
@dramadrama yes…kevin definitely appeared arrogant in Sze U Tonight. I was nuts over him in 步步惊心 as 八爷…he had a sweet smile but that was acting. on that talk show, he was himself.
@janet72 i dont watch those variety shows/talk shows as i dont understand the language well and finding them subbbed is like .00000000000000001% so im hoping to never see his arrogant appearance as i loved him as Yinsi in BBJX (although the basically incest arc did kinda irked me)
