Shiga Lin’s Super Abs Move

Although Shiga Lin (連詩雅) did not bare as much skin as co-star Yoyo Chen (陳自瑤) in Life After Death <那些我愛過的人>, the singer-turned-actress also possesses a wicked figure. She often shows off her 43-inch legs, 22-inch waist, and abs in her Instagram photos. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she has been using the extra time on her hands to exercise at home. Recently, Shiga shared a video of how she obtained abs following a two-week routine that consists of two-minute exercises each day.

In the video, she wore a purplish-red sports bra and leggings while demonstrating her abs workout. She said, “Each day, you do three sets of exercises. Do each exercise for 3 to 40 seconds to reduce belly fat.”

The workout in total only takes about two minutes! One of the exercises begins with a V-sit while using the arms for support. Then slowly move your legs left and right, which engages the abdominal area. She explained, “Both legs need to be off the ground. Try to keep it elevated, and it is more effective if you lean farther back.”

She cautioned viewers, “Don’t use the wrong force because you could injure your back. Remember to tighten your abdomen when doing this exercise.”

Shiga also shared a before and after picture, taken 14 days apart, to show her incredible abs transformation from her work out! It was not the first time that she shared tips and tricks for working out online.

  1. Lol, people should really do some research before believing in all these youtube fitness people saying you can spot reduce belly fat. You can’t spot reduce fat. You get abs by getting into a caloric deficit and lose overall body fat. Ab exercises strengthen the core, it doesn’t burn fat. It’s crazy how many people still believe you can target fat on specific parts of the body, and especially only doing quick exercises daily. It takes a combination of eating low dense caloric food and lots of cardio to get you into a caloric deficit. Anything else people say is pretty much bs.

      i think it works if you have absolutely no belly fat and had not exercised for years. it would be a lie for anyone with any bit of belly fat to lose.

      1. @m0m0 sure, but that means you aren’t losing belly fat in the first place. Again, abs are always there. Whether you see it or not depends on if you have a layer of belly fat covering it.

  3. I dont find her figure hot. She looks like a man (transvestite). I remember the scene in LW2 where an old guy was trying to pick her up and his friend said “be careful, she may have a “rod” lol!

      lol i remember that scene every time i think of her. that was also when i realize she does look like a guy. she has a very nice slim body and long legs indeed. face is meh. if you switch the face w/ another shorter and thicker body, no one would notice her.
