Shiga Lin’s Super Abs Move
Although Shiga Lin (連詩雅) did not bare as much skin as co-star Yoyo Chen (陳自瑤) in Life After Death <那些我愛過的人>, the singer-turned-actress also possesses a wicked figure. She often shows off her 43-inch legs, 22-inch waist, and abs in her Instagram photos. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she has been using the extra time on her hands to exercise at home. Recently, Shiga shared a video of how she obtained abs following a two-week routine that consists of two-minute exercises each day.
In the video, she wore a purplish-red sports bra and leggings while demonstrating her abs workout. She said, “Each day, you do three sets of exercises. Do each exercise for 3 to 40 seconds to reduce belly fat.”
The workout in total only takes about two minutes! One of the exercises begins with a V-sit while using the arms for support. Then slowly move your legs left and right, which engages the abdominal area. She explained, “Both legs need to be off the ground. Try to keep it elevated, and it is more effective if you lean farther back.”
Shiga also shared a before and after picture, taken 14 days apart, to show her incredible abs transformation from her work out! It was not the first time that she shared tips and tricks for working out online.
