Eliza Sam Shares Dieting Secrets
Earlier in her career, Eliza Sam (岑麗香) was adored due to her baby fat. Along with her sweet smile and cheerful attitude, Eliza’s cuteness won the audience over and was endearingly touted as “Princess Heung Heung”. However, recent photos of Eliza generated much concern from fans, which showcased her thin frame and protruding collarbone. At the time, Eliza attributed her weight loss to her busy filming schedule.
Appearing at a promotional event wearing a pink floral tulle dress, Eliza’s features were again noted for his sharper appearance. On her dietary secrets, the 33-year-old actress shared that she often drinks fruit juices and smoothies as a way of losing weight and keeping fit.
Many speculated that her successful diet was due to her intake of flax seeds. Eliza shared, “I do eat flax seeds in my diet. I occasionally put them in my smoothies and other meals, but I don’t solely rely on that. Besides, not everyone will enjoy it. There are a lot of healthy food options on the market these days. You have to try and see what is suitable for you. If you try something and there are no results, then try something else.”
In addition to watching her food intake and diet, Eliza also exercises often. Rather than lifting weights, Eliza instead practices stretching often. “I basically will do it [stretch] whenever I have time. Stretching not only helps me stay slim, but also stimulates my mind and improves my posture.”
