“Flower of Evil” to Air Finale on September 23

South Korean romance thriller Flower of Evil will be delivering its much-anticipated finale to audiences on September 23 after filming wrapped up on September 19. With main leads Lee Joon Gi and Moon Chae Won sending fans’ hearts racing in every episode, the viewership ratings are climbing higher and higher as the story’s many twists and turns are making it difficult to guess the ending.

Deemed as a delicate yet terrifying thriller, Flower of Evil has enveloped viewers right off the bat with its clear and fast-paced plot about an alleged criminal husband and a wife who is a righteous cop. Joon Gi and Chae Won played these characters with brilliance, as viewers could not help but sympathize with their tragedy and struggles. On top of the acting, Flower of Evil is also garnering praises for its smooth camera work and meticulous storyline, which has viewers glued to their screens.

Last week, episode 15 scored an average rating of 5.5 percent and reached its best-ever ratings at 6.5 percent. Although the drama airs on a late schedule at 10:50 p.m., it still managed to get viewers to tune in because of its intense cliffhangers and unexpected developments while continuously harping on its theme of how there is beauty within evil.
