Crime Thriller Drama “Storm Eye” Starring Yang Mi, Vin Zhang Releases First Teaser

Directed by Jin Sha (金沙), Storm Eye <暴风眼> has been 10 years in the making. The concept of the show—a spy mission gone wrong—was first pitched to studios in 2010. After nine years of multiple re-writes, the drama was finally granted approval by the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA) to start filming in February 2019.

It stars Yang Mi (杨幂) and Vin Zhang (张彬彬) as two intelligencwe officers from the Ministry of State Security, tasked to follow an organized group of spies who had a mission to infiltrate a technology business. Their mission was dubbed “Storm Eye.”

With one officer in the open—and one undercover—they come to discover an even darker secret that may jeopardize the safety of their nation.

Storm Eye will stream on Mango TV, iQIYI, Tencent, and Youku. The drama also stars Wang Dong (王东), Zhang Shen (章申), Wayne Liu (刘芮麟), and Daisy (代斯).

      From the pic above, the cloths hang on her! They can’t tailor better fitting cloth? I’m not saying it should be skin-tight, but she looked like a kid playing dress up with adult cloth xD

      Dang, it takes 9 years to green light a series?? No wonder why these dramas are 50, 60, 70+ episodes! They gotta draaaaaaag it to recoup lost time -_-;

        @jjwong She’s always sticks and bones. haha lol…Most of the time the clothes do hang on her than looking great on her. I feel most super skinny woman they will only look a bit more decent when wearing formal wear that showcases their slim figure but that also depends sometimes on what outfit they picked. lol…

      WOW So interesting that she is very skinny! I never knew all Chinese girls are so skinny everyone is always so fat!

      It’s not a surprise why they always pick on her, she is the only (and only one) skinny Chinese girl ever alive!

      P.S.
